Hotel Alpha Lucerne

The staff, everyone, was attentive. It was in a strategic location with a covered wooden footbridge nearby.

Overall it was an excellant stay at best hotel.

Functional units with a bathroom in the room and a balcony plus red roses, and the staff were cooperative. The breakfast had a great selection of options, including cereal, toast, slices of fresh bread, muffins and yoghourt.

It was a nice stay, cosy place. We enjoyed location and rooms - very good.

The staff was welcoming, the breakfast was gorgeous, everything was great. Airy room and friendly communication with the staff.

Everything was simply very clean. The breakfast was tasty, the staff was helpful, the grounds were spotlessly clean. The room was immaculate and brand-new, the beds were comfy. I loved its lighting, it was fantastic.

Terrific experience there. We think it's a good home base for staying in Lucerne. Staff is CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS, makes sure that the place is tidy.

Breakfast is perfect, position is optimal.

I enjoyed everything, it was spotless. The room was light and the bed was cozy. The beach was fantastic. Brilliant service provided too. Furthermore, parking outside was a bonus.

Location was unique, stuff was best, quiet atmosphere. It was nice to have very well decorated room with an impressive view. They made my stay perfect. Overall the service was welcoming!

We liked food and rooms here. Stunningly beautiful view, a little balcony, fine bed, too. The breakfast included cereals, breads and yoghourt. Smooth check-in was a bonus. Besides, there was private parking.

we spent our time greatly in this low-budget hotel. lake lucerne is near to the venue. staff were really amazing. there is a beautiful garden.

Gorgeous building, ideal staff and location. Lots of food for breakfast including cereal, yoghourt and slices of fresh bread. A really nice stay...
